Job Requirements Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to implement the social media strategy for the company, and subsequently, each venue.
- Develop the voice of the TOG social media channels and create an editorial calendar for each venue.
- Work with graphic designers to ensure consistency in brand appearance on skins/walls of all social media channels.
- Drive the execution of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, relevant blogs, etc.), including researching reviews, day-to-day updates and management of all social media engagements.
- Strategize with the marketing coordinators on promotional opportunities for each social media channel and each TOG venue.
- Analyze data for trends and meet with Director of Marketing to provide insights that result in recommended corrections to maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Develop strategies to utilize social media and Web 2.0 capabilities to promote the company, products and future launches..
- Be an advocate of the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and responding where appropriate.
- Be vigilant with regard to user-generated reviews for all TOG venues, responding when appropriate.
- Work with marketing coordinators in each market to assist in real time social media engagement.
- Attend weekly venue meetings to update the team on promotions and statistics from the week prior.
- Conduct social media audits for competing restaurants.
- Work with the web developers to ensure social media tools are correctly implement on the TOG website.
- Collaborate with TOG partners to ensure excellent cross-promotion via social media channels.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two to three years experience in the social networking and community management field
- Previous experience in the hotel and restaurant industry highly preferred

Requirements:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and able to pick up new tools quickly
- Have a good knowledge of Public relations, Marketing, and Community
