The Digital Marketing & Business development team is responsible for centrally driving the high-growth tablet magazine business within Consumer Marketing. We are seeking a Digital Coordinator to support the development, launch and ongoing management of Time Incs digital magazine products across all platforms. The coordinator will support overall Consumer Marketing product development, own key day-to-day project management tasks and support various marketing and technical functions. We are seeking a team player with a can-do attitude, the ability to be flexible and work within a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain and review detailed project plans and timelines across a broad range of initiatives Continuously track project status, providing regular status reports to key stakeholders Work with individual marketing teams to collect app submission assets and ongoing updates Work closely with Digital Ops team to maintain a pulse on user feedback, and provide meaningful feedback to improve the product user experience. Conduct and synthesize ongoing competitive analysis/research, keeping on top of the latest industry news/trends Assist in developing divisional communication related to product roadmap
Key Qualifications: 2-5 years experience Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment with proven success in project management, execution and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Detail oriented
