We are currently looking for a smart, energetic Account Coordinator to work with our partner sales team to manage pre- and post sales activities. This is an exciting and important role in the daily operations of HowAboutWe for Couples and an excellent opportunity to join an exciting and fast growing NYC startup. Key Responsibilities:
-Support the sales team in all post-sale client communication and coordination
-Manage all partner production activities including contract execution, design asset delivery, and internal and external creative reviews
-Work closely with the editorial team on the creation of offer creative production
-Act as liaison between customer service and merchant in responding to offer-related questions from members
-Track and update offer performance metric spreadsheets and internal systems
-Maintain offer inventory calendar
-Actively contribute to meeting weekly sales goals

-You do an exceptional job on any and all tasks. You are self-motivated and can manage multiple workflows and prioritize your own time.

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree
-0 to 2 years experience in a fast paced, sales environment
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Significant exposure to internet and e-commerce products
-Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM tool preferred
-Familiar with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
