Job Requirements Role:

The Proposal Developer coordinates and generates proposals and qualification packages. The position operates as part of the corporate business development group. This position will be based out of our downtown Los Angeles, CA office and will also support our Orange County location as well as our other offices.


Create work schedule and execute the proposal development process.

Collaborate effectively with Senior Technical Staff and Principals to prepare proposal materials including writing, editing, and formatting proposal information.

Develop proposal support materials including government form templates.

Design graphic layout templates for proposal sections including organization charts, project description lists with photos, etc.

Maintain project descriptions in Deltek Vision database for searching by keywords and sorting government forms.

Collect and input proposal information into our database to identify potential prime and sub contractors for future opportunities.

Support marketing team with various marketing efforts, i.e., marketing materials, media relations, and marketing information management.


BA/BS (minimum) in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

3 - 5 years (plus) of experience in proposal development, preferably within the AEC industry.

Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, and Deltek Vision.

Demonstrate strong writing and oral communication skills.

Set high standards for quality and be detailed oriented.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and project management skills.

Network within the Los Angeles AEC marketing community.

Demonstrate strong time management skills and meet critical deadlines.

Maintain collateral/materials library on the firmís CRM / Vision database.
