Summary: Veterans Advantage seeks a candidate with high initiative and willingness to tackle projects with hands-on attention to detail, professionalism and results. The Marketing Coordinator will support VP of Marketing in essential duties and responsibilities through communication, implementation and facilitation to promote the efficiency of a vast range of departmental functions.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Create and develop membership communications: Product and service benefit announcements/advertising in multichannel sales environment; Web site, print, email, and telephone. ? Create and administer the delivery of brand-specific e-newsletters. ? Coordinate Web site content, Social Media activities, editorial and press release development and mailings. ? Coordinate new business development presentations. Assist in all arrangements and archiving of advertising samples, supplies, collateral materials ? Use Web-based analytics tools for regular production and analysis of performance marketing program reports ? Identifies and maintains contact with potential and existing customers as required. ? Understands and supports the company's sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. ? Processes customer information on computer system in an efficient manner to provide quality service. ? Maintains and updates customer information in computer database. ? Maintains updates and files customer records on a regular basis. ? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or communications-related field with 2-3 years, or more, experience/training. ? Highly proficient computer skills, including Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop, HTML. Use of blogs, social media, or content management systems, a plus. ? Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface with corporate partners. ? Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail in a dynamic, multitasking environment. ? Creative finesse in developing ads, websites and collateral materials.
