Job Requirements BrightRoll is looking for an experienced Manager of Client Development for the BrightRoll Exchange (BRX) team. The Manager, Client Development will gain a great deal of experience while contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. This position can be located at BrightRoll's NYC office.



Responsibilities:



The Manager, Client Development for BRX will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of existing customers with the goal of increasing their buying activity on the BrightRoll Exchange. This includes:



  • Trouble-shooting campaign issues

  • Developing solutions to help buyers achieve their campaign goals

  • Training and on-boarding new buyers

  • Helping buyers set up, maintain and optimize campaigns



  • As a Manager, Client Development, you will also support new business development & sales efforts. Work will include evaluating new market opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and helping to field in-bound new customer inquiries



    Requirements:



  • BA/BS or equivalent required

  • 2-3 years of experience in partner management, strategic account management, and/or client-facing product management with an Internet or advertising company

  • Understanding of digital advertising. Experience with Internet video a huge plus

  • Analytical skills in technical and financial areas pluses

  • Strong partner communication and presentation skills and ability to act as the face of BRX to buyers

  • Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of Internet technologies on consumption of media across the US.

  • EMEA experience a plus.

  • Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player
