||A) Minimum of two years experience in online advertising/sales operations
including ad serving system, sales process, inventory and Ad Network
B) Direct experience in online ad serving with rich media, ad serving and Ad
C) Experience in performance based marketing or advertising.
D) Proficiency with all necessary office software
E) Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
F) Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Strong decision
making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, with proven
ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
G) Ability to compile and analyze performance metrics and data, make
recommendations and work collaboratively with all levels of employees and

advertisers and their agencies.
We are seeking an Ad Operations Manager to join our headquarters staff. You will
be responsible for implementing and managing both direct ad campaigns and
advertising network partners, optimizing inventory and pricing and maximizing
You will work at our headquarters located in an historic building on the Boston
waterfront close to the North End and Quincy Market.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the
following as additional roles and/or focus will be needed as the company and
department continues to grow and evolve.
a) Manage all post-sales activity for assigned advertising accounts, including
integration, troubleshooting, trafficking, account management, optimization,
and campaign revisions
b) Communication with advertisers/agencies on creative and performance
issues, providing suggestions to optimize conversion rates and delivery
c) Serving as the internal escalation point for ad ops – related issues; working
closely with the analytics and sales teams to ensure best possible client
service and campaign execution
d) Preparing mid and post campaign reports for assigned accounts.
e) Providing weekly reports on booked and run advertising revenue
