Job Requirements Role Purpose:
This key role within the Digital Ad Sales department will work with and oversee digital ad sales with two national rep firms, NBC Owned Television Stations and Fox Home Team sports to ensure that revenue targets are met and/or exceeded, as well as develop packages (integrated and stand-alone) using NBC Regional Sports Network’s (RSN’s) assets to deliver single market or multi-market revenues from National advertiser’s budgets.

• Provide strategic training, tools, materials and sales product knowledge as related to digital ad sales with existing advertising rep firms.
• Negotiate sales agreements with appropriate advertiser and/or agency personnel that has a positive impact on the RSN’s advertising sales national digital revenue.
• Directly pursue and close challenging and strategic accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with Ad Sales managers and their teams in order to proactively define and address sales objectives and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the Digital Sales managers and National Sales managers at the RSN's to develop and execute digital advertising sales across multiple platforms to maximize digital revenue.
• Manage national campaigns.
• Work internally with key leaders to develop and execute new and emerging national digital media opportunities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Job to include travel as high as 60%.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years digital ad sales/ digital sales management experience required.
• Established network of ad agency and national customer direct contacts, and relationships within the linear and digital ad sales business community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills-intermediate to expert skill level user is a must.
• Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
