About Our Company All Things Media, LLC is looking for a Studio Receptionist to expand our creative team! We are a fast growing, highly creative North New Jersey multimedia agency searching for an experienced Receptionist to assist in general office duties and provide overall support to management. In addition to the requirements below, the ideal candidate should be able to manage their time efficiently in order to handle multiple projects containing strict deadlines with ease. Applicants must be motivated, able to work well under tight deadlines, take direction easily, and learn quickly in a creative work environment.

Job is full-time on-site in Mahwah, NJ. Individuals outside the NY/NJ metro area or out-sourcing companies will not be considered.
