Job Requirements We are seeking a detail oriented, energetic, and bright individual to serve as the Manager, Ad Operations in our Ad Operations group to support our online ad sales team.

ALM.com is seeking a detail oriented, energetic, and bright individual to serve as the Manager, Ad Operations. The role’s main responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day of the Ad Operations team, providing training and leadership to Ad Operation Associates.

Responsibilities:
• Manage top-tier advertiser campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day of Ad Operations team, providing training and leadership to Ad Operation Associates and Ad Operation Coordinator.
• Work closely with Ad trafficker to help optimize campaigns, as well as assist in managing Ad Server processes. Provide back-up for ad trafficker to create ads and issue tracking tags.
• Work closely with Web Development on site issues and ad tagging needs.
• Oversee the billing entry, processing of Insertion Orders and work with Director, Ad Operations to reconcile billing issues.
• Assist in the inventory management and campaign reservation process
• Prepare over/under delivery reports weekly for Sales Teams campaign - work with Director & Ad Ops team to proactively flag issues
• Assist in crisis management and provide back-up coverage for client service/acct mgmt duties when needed
• Assist in ensuring Campaign process documents are consistent and accurate set-up

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• A solid understanding of online advertising and marketing
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• Proficiency with basic office applications such as Word and Excel (including pivot tables)
• Experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems a plus (i.e. DFP, OAS, etc)
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media
