Job Requirements The End User Monetization Team is managing all social games available on 45 portals of Spil Games across the globe. As a Senior Partnership Manager you will take care of a portfolio of Social Games and you will be responsible for meeting revenue, game plays and conversion goals. Tasks and Responsibilities for this position are:

• Managing partners and AAA developers in order to meet your KPIs
• Managing full lifecycle of games in your portfolio
• Conducting competitive analysis and industry research
• Evangelizing product portfolio and communicating both internally and externally about performance and trends
• Innovating and constantly introducing new solutions
• Analyzing metrics and translating them into actionable feedback

Your Profile:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or partnership management in online business (ecommerce or web) is a must
• Experience in the optimization of the relevant KPIs and conversions
• In depth understanding of the Internet market and technology
• Exposure to analytics software (Omniture, GoogleAnalytics, Catalyst, etc.)
• The mind to make data driven decisions - the passion and drive to execute these decisions
• Very good analytical skills and a gaming background
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills – but also assertiveness
• Strong personality, ready to make hard and risky decisions
• Interest in social-based gaming products
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
