We are currently searching for a marketer with at least two years experience to assume a role on our growing Marketing team. The DGA partners with top performing members of the sales team to assist with developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships with senior executives. The main focus of the role is measurably impacting the sales organization through demand generation strategies: navigating the reporting structure in large corporate accounts, using a variety of tools to identify potential leads for new business, crafting email messaging to convey a compelling value proposition, and qualify prospects with a selected set of criteria.

This marketing role includes a variety of tasks but isnít limited to scheduling appointments, sending proposals, and finding new leads using phone and email.

Required:
4 year degree, 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or marketing role
Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, Excel (Extra points for experience with Marketo and JigSaw)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Experience making a high volume of outbound, cold calls
Goal-orientated with a strong work ethic
Ownership of activity performance and career management
Ability to present professionally and intelligently to internal and external constituencies
Superior communication skills that generate interest and engage audiences
High level of poise, judgment, and attention to detail
Established time management and prioritization skills
Positive attitude and team player
Adaptability and flexibility with a high resistance to stress
