Job Requirements We are currently seeking a Sales Planner to support our all-star team of Advertising Sales Managers based in New York. This is a great opportunity to learn through hands-on experience working with top-notch luxury brands and advertisers. Our ideal candidate is a sharp, meticulous, high-energy individual eager to launch a career in digital advertising sales.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed pricing proposals for agency and client RFPs
- Write detailed media plans
- Schedule and reschedule media based on inventory availability
- Maintain the ad sales calendar
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to keep up to date on RFP statuses
- Maintain database of all email newsletters organized by client
- Provide account-related support to Sales Managers
- Generate weekly competitive intelligence reports

Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in digital media sales or at an advertising agency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail; ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of media math
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
