Job Requirements Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the Marketing, TV Media and Production departments to obtain product information and assets for direct sale

  • Directly manage the promotional real estate on the company’s ecommerce sites, ensuring all product details are correct, available for sale on time, and featured appropriately

  • Produce direct-to-consumer emails - copywriting, scheduling, code optimization, frequency, and program evaluation

  • Plan, execute, traffic and analyze digital advertising initiatives for the record label and KIDZ BOP team – display, search and PPC

  • Oversee production of digital creative assets (in-house and outsourced), including landing pages, banners, wallpapers, video and other assorted media

  • Develop and analyze various e-commerce, marketing, and advertising reports

  • Assist with the planning, production and QA of various technical production projects, large and small scale

  • Source and manage relationships with 3rd party online sales partners

  • Supervise the company’s affiliate marketing program and social media pages, as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years working experience in digital media, advertising, project management, or e-commerce

  • Strong ability to juggle multiple projects and tackle new projects in fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with SEM/SEO and popular PPC platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads)

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop

  • Outstanding communication, organization and writing skills

  • Passion for digital media, children’s marketing, and/or the music space
