Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting Inbox Express’ growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring that client projects are implemented according to schedule.

• Planning, developing and managing of client projects – typically several at once specifically within the Email Vertical.

• Determining a project’s schedule, scope and budget, and directing appropriate team members in fulfilling the specifications to meet client and company objectives.

• Managing and exceeding client expectations by communicating at every step of a project – planning, development, execution and delivery.

• Determining short and long-term resource requirements, building and managing teams and designating responsibilities among each team member to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery of client projects.

• Participating in new business development efforts.

• Developing and delivering product-based solutions to clients to further the understanding, integration and value of data in their planning and marketing initiatives.

• Adding value to the client relationship by delivering solutions that assist with proper report generation, data interpretation, and recognition of opportunities through product tools.


Job Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree (Business or Marketing preferred).

• At least 1-2 years of lead generation experience.

• Strong knowledge of Email and Affiliate Marketing.

• Experience in the following verticals: CPG, Pharmaceutical, Education, Telecom, and Direct Brands.

• The ability to initiate new business, while maintaining current and legacy accounts.

• A pro-active, self-starter attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.

• Inventive thinking that solves problems and resolves issues.

• Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel.

• Industry Rolodex is a plus!
