Job Requirements Barbara Bella & Associates, the premier West Coast Publishers' Rep Firm is seeking a Sales Assistant for the fast paced San Francisco office. Duties include: providing administrative support for sales team from answering phones, database management, office supply management, mailroom management, managing sales materials, writing sales letters and proposals, creating PPT presentations, managing digital inventory and overseeing our technology with IT vendor. Position has room for growth.

Candidate Requirements:
College Degree
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word in particular
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task

Location: In the heart of the Financial District, one block away from the Transamerica Building.
