We are now looking for a Spanish speaking B2B Product Consultant who will be responsible for delivering pre and post product specialist services to customers and prospects in the defined territory in order to drive usage in existing customers and drive new new business with prospective customers

Key Tasks
o Establish and maintain a high level of knowledge of FT content, its applications and uses, along with available tools in order to act as a knowledge specialist
o Deliver high quality and relevant training, presentations and demonstrations to existing customers on FT products and services
o Use full breadth of technologies and mediums to appropriately communicate with customers and prospects
o Attend new business meetings with the sales team to present FT content and tools
o Use knowledge gained from experience to help customers (through presentations, visits and telephone calls) see how other organisations use and benefit from a licence to access FT content
o Provide the appropriate FT product and services related support to the sales team in the provision of trials through training, presentations, customised alerts set up and telephone calls
o Gather and effectively report feedback and from customers and prospects through customer interaction
o Ensure that, through reporting in the CRM system and conversation with sales, each customer interaction is documented providing factual information and any sales opportunity information
o Support the effective rollout of new customers to ensure that they are engaged with FT products and services immediately
o Provide feedback on documentation requirements for the Product Consultant function
