Job Requirements Deliver Results! Ensure all online ad sales goals are achieved or exceeded, and expand the network of advertising partners.
Sell the full suite of our advertising options to leading advertisers & agencies.
Set and execute the sales strategy including identifying, prioritizing, and planned approach for prospects and opportunities.
Establish and maintain long term professional/personal relationships with key decision makers at both client and agencies levels by conducting a high volume of sales calls, and setting up meetings for Senior Management., and in some case outside meetings for you to attend and run.
Assist in the development and execution of sales plans, metrics, goals, budgets and revenue forecasts.
Create proposals for key clients, in collaboration with the VP of Advertising.
Conduct research on current and prospective clients and communicate findings to advertising team to assist in meeting client needs
Track down outstanding creative materials for digital campaigns and ensure they meet our specifications
Communicate accurately and promptly across all planning activities, campaign schedules, proposals, sales successes, and sales reports to Senior Management. Actively use CRM to Insert and assign new opportunities and leads and update data base. Participate in advertising staff meetings and complete follow-up activities and assignments. Work closely with the advertising team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Provide support to the sales team including assembling media kits and marketing materials and maintaining advertising databases


Requirements:

Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of sales experience
Ability to work independently and proactively helping the advertising team achieve its goal
Effective time management and organization skills
Exceptional communication, presentation and sales closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of online advertising market and leading adoptions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
High energy and self-motivated with experience working in a fast paced sales environment.
Superior competitor with strong work ethic.
Passionate about making an impact on revenue
Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
A can do attitude!

Generous Compensation => Base Salary + Commission
