Job Requirements RGM Group is looking for an outstanding Account Executive with experience selling digital media solutions to agencies and clients in the Atlanta Area. The ideal person is fun, outgoing, experienced, has proven success exceeding revenue goals and has deep relationships within agencies and clients. Our ideal team member focuses on relationship building, consultative selling and ultimately closing creative, collaborative deals. As an Account Executive you will use all of your professional experience to engage with leading clients and agencies. You will lead the sales effort throughout your region and help build business in a wide range of ad categories.
The ultimate goal: To secure advertising revenue by monetizing our clients advertising platforms.

Additional Responsibilities:
Attain advertising sales revenue quota utilizing online advertising platforms for our clients annual budget and your Personal Sales Plan
Acquire new business clients through various methods of prospecting (cold calling, networking, etc.)
Follow industry trends and acting on such information, like monitoring competitive advertising data to cultivate business relationships
Work as a team with respective account managers to provide quality account management to advertiser clients

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (marketing, advertising or communications, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years experience in business sales (outside preferred)
2 years experience in digital media sales
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Strong client management and time management skills
Knowledge of media research helpful
Highly developed negotiation skills
Minimum $3mm annual revenue production
