Job Requirements This position manages a digital advertising operations practice with accountability for campaign fulfillment and advertising product execution.

This role will be supporting Meredith Digital, including: Better Homes and Gardens Network, Food and Recipe Network, Parents Network and Real Girls Network.

Essential Job Functions

10% - Provide business consulting to Sales and Site Owners as needed 10% - Design and implement process and systems improvements for ad operations and other ad support teams.
10% - Work with Sales and Site Owners (Dev, PMO, Product) to design and launch new ad products that are marketable to advertisers, repeatable and simple for Campaign Management team to execute consistently and with minimal error. Consult with internal and external (ad agency) customers as needed on custom ad implementations 10% - Develop organization-wide knowledge of sales products and operations technology, practices, and systems. Keep up to date with technical and industry improvements, best practices, and advertising trends. Technical troubleshooting/issue resolution for online ads (layering issues, counting discrepancies, etc.). Maintain technical specifications for ad products, and inform management decision making re: deviations from these specs.

30% - Management of fulfillment (Campaign Management) and technical advertising operations teams including:
o Assisting in recruiting and candidate assessment o Overseeing training and on-boarding of new team members o Managing performance o Career development


Education:
4-year degree in computer science, business or related field required.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Online Advertising Platforms Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in process improvement or tool development preferred.
Competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Actionscript and other related languages preferred.
Competent in SQL programming preferred.
High proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables required. Competency in other Office Applications required.
Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Highly analytical.
