*Three to four years experience with at least 2 years in publishing, marketing or advertising;
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office;
*Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines;
*Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and/or WordPress are pluses.

Inc. is seeking a smart, talented and creative media professional to join the Sales Development and Integrated Marketing team.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales force to ideate, write and strategize cross-platform marketing programs in response to requests for proposals from Inc. advertisers. as a key member of the organization, responsibilities include creating effective sales tools to position Inc. as a leader in the advertising marketplace.

Immediate Job Responsibilities Include:
*Develop smart, strategic custom ideas for advertising that use Inc.'s media assets (print, digital, social media, event, custom content, conferences and products) and help with the daily marketing needs, including fielding questions from various departments across the company;
*Represent the Sales Development and Advertising Marketing team in brand-wide committee meetings;
*Ideate and write proposals in response to RFPs from endemic and non-endemic categories;
*Generally work in PowerPoint templates, designing your own customizations (photos, screen grabs, charts and timelines) to create daily proposals;
*Work with the Creative Services team to design extraordinary, custom presentations or other tools for face-to-face client meetings;
*Explore and coordinate partnership relationships with outside organizations;
*Attend weekly sales meeting to garner knowledge helpful in your ideation and proposal creation;
*Copy writing/updating/editing of marketing materials such as sell sheets, advertorials, mailings and sales development projects/events.
