Job Requirements Primary Responsibilities

Manage administrative responsibilities with enthusiasm and accuracy, including, but no limited to: scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, answering phones and responding to caller questions, filing, faxing, copying, expense reports, invoice processing.
Conduct in-depth research on the latest trends, data, M&A, financings and companies influencing the industries we cover and clients we represent.
Responsible for creating and implementing organized systems and processes for management of records and correspondence.
Ability to prepare, draft, and execute accurate business correspondence, and to prepare presentations through proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Take initiative on various projects and handle independently; proactively keep manager aware of work/project status.
Make recommendations for improving processes, efficiency and effectiveness of support.
Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials.
Multitask in a fast paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree from a top-tier school.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in a professional environment.
Intellectually curious, high-energy and strong work ethic.
SUPERIOR organizational skills.
High attention to detail
Aggressiveness, drive and dedication a MUST.
Strong written, oral & interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent follow up and ability to multi-task.
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills.
Team player who is flexible and adaptable in the face of constant change.
Solution-oriented and resourceful.
Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
Accountable/takes ownership for responsibilities.
Experience working with a senior team preferred, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Keen interest and/or familiarity with the digital media + entertainment industry is a plus.
