Job Requirements ALM is seeking a Production Coordinator to work in the Print Production Department. This department is chiefly responsible for page layout of the national magazines and supplements, delivery of press-ready files to the printer in a customized electronic workflow environment, as well as the preparation of electronic files for online publication.

Responsibilities include:
• Trafficking of electronic files and ads
• Page layout
• Preparing files for press run
• Acting as a liaison with printers, Atex personnel and the sales department
• Maintaining and archiving electronic files
• Preparing electronic files for online publishing

Requirements Include:
• At least 2 years of prior work experience
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, QuarkXPress and/or In Design, and Adobe Acrobat
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of desktop publishing processes and relevant software applications in
a Mac environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior publishing experience a plus.
• Prior design experience a plus
