Job Requirements Primary Purpose: This position will support the Senior Manager of Campaign Management in managing highly targeted direct to consumer marketing programs. This role will focus on the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs including direct mail, email, and mobile marketing initiatives.

Strategically manage campaign timelines to maximize available resources and achieve deliverables within budget and by assigned deadlines.

Ability to translate marketing strategy and objectives into project briefs & business rules that support multichannel email and mobile programs. Ability to communicate strategy and objectives clearly and precisely with outside vendors and across multiple departments.

Develop and maintain cross functional relationships with leadership of individual business units, senior management & outside vendors. Must be able to partner with .com and store locations.

Email Marketing: Own and manage internal and external production timelines, perform quality assurance on all assets to verify proper implementation.

Lead marketing communication for online factory program through strategic thinking and IS best practices.

Troubleshooting: Research and proactively respond to customer issues related to technical difficulty & customer service.

Become knowledgeable with our .com and database system and be able to proactively identify performance issues, in addition to providing improvements to process flow.

Perform competitive analysis; review industry information for current trends and opportunities. Partner with legal team and service providers to continuously monitor privacy regulations concerning consumer data and marketability (i.e. spam rules, ISP regulations).

Provide support to Senior Manager with highly technical ad-hoc projects.

The accomplished individual will possess...

Bachelorís degree.

3-4 years of relevant marketing experience and knowledge of digital technology.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and be flexible and adaptable.

Well-developed planning, implementation, and management skills and proven ability to mentor and develop staff.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive, high energy.

Curiosity to learn more about evolving technologies.

Resourceful, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
