Job Requirements Will Leather Goods seeks a digital-savvy Community Manager to build awareness for the growing West Coast based brand. The candidate must have a demonstrated record of performance-based success in social media , content creation and marketing strategies. The Community Manager will be responsible for writing blog posts, overseeing social media marketing campaigns and maintaining the brand’s e-commerce site. The ideal candidate will grow the brand’s digital footprint in an engaging and authentic voice that stays true to the WILL Leather Goods voice.

Responsibilities
• Compose engaged and authentic copy for WILL’s blog to be updated daily
• Coordinate creation of monthly newsletter and newsletter distribution
• Develop a thorough social media strategy based around an editorial calendar
• Grow WILL’s social media footprint
• Track, analyze and optimize the WILL Leather Goods WordPress site
• Implement and activate in-store and out-of-store events

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization and WordPress admin
• Excellent handle of all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
• A flair for engaged and captivating writing that is SEO friendly and authentic to the WILL Leather Goods voice
• Demonstrated experience in the social technology universe
• Ability to wear many hats, and work well with a team
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports and suggestions for company growth
• Demonstrated capability in the digital marketing and social media space
• Ability to travel monthly
• Prior experience working with a PR agency
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members verbally and in multiple locations
• Successfully manage and run an e-commerce site based on a merchandise calendar
