The 7th Chamber is a small, award winning social media agency helping brands and agencies distribute their videos across the social web. Our mission is to improve the way content creators match eyeballs with their content. To achieve this, we employ an increasingly awesome combination of strategy, proprietary technology and social media magic. We spend far too much time on YouTube and want to change the way the world thinks about video.

Responsibilities:

* Assess market demand and refine value proposition
* Identify opportunities for partnerships and growth
* Generate interest in products and services by listening to and understanding client needs
* Grow revenue by fostering relationships with brand/agency decision makers
* Lead by example and set tone for team

Requirements:

* Knowledge of digital media, advertising and Internet industries
* Experience building and cultivating high level relationships
* Demonstrated understanding of modern digital media buying concepts
* Passion for social media and technology
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Unparalleled communication skills
