Job Requirements The Worldnow National Sales team is responsible for driving advertising sales revenue for our television station web sites. We are looking for a Publisher Relations Account Manager, National Sales who is self-motivated, solution oriented and a team player. The successful candidate will be exceptional in collaborating with internal teams in a dynamic, innovative and challenging environment. We are a growing and dynamic company looking for an individual who is excited by the opportunity to grow with our team.
Responsibilities:

The Publisher Relations Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the national sales relationship with our current web site clients (ABC, NBC, FOX & CBS), while collaborating with internal teams on service & sales opportunities

Account Management:

o Develop strong relationships with current broadcast site clients on a
corporate and local level
o Collaborate with internal teams (client services, legal) to meet web site
client requests
o Deliver national sales advertising revenue trending to broadcast sites
o Respond to and manage questions regarding national sales advertising
revenue reporting & forecasting
o Respond to and manage national sales inventory buyback requests
o Respond to and manage questions regarding sales efforts for specific
advertising accounts
o Participate in on-boarding new broadcast sites
o Keep direct sales team up to date on contractual specifics and changes
affecting inventory
o Resolve billing and invoicing questions with the finance team as needed

Sales/up-selling:
o Once business development is closed this person will work closely with
internal teams to present, up-sell and close broadcast web sites on new
(non ad inventory) related revenue opportunities

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Sound judgment and flexibility with respect to balancing requirements
and keeping projects moving on aggressive schedules
• Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations
• Must be accomplished in work focus, follow-up and time management skills
• Strong organizational, project and process management skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with internal team
• Familiarity with DFP a plus

Qualifications:
• 3 + years relevant work experience (a background working for a digital
publisher or working with publishers in a digital sales environment)
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, communications, marketing
• Familiar with digital sales language, digital business applications & processes
