||PaeDae is hiring a Business Development Lead - Americas, in San Francisco. We are looking for a superstar who is ready to compete head to head against anybody, anywhere, anytime. You must be willing to travel, entertain clients, attend networking events and work with the most cutting edge companies in the mobile world.

The Business Development Lead will work directly with the V.P. of Business Development, but will effectively be the face of PaeDae in San Francisco, the app capital of the world.
*3+ years of client facing work, ideally in mobile publishing, iOS/Android app or game developers
*Demonstrated successful track record of partner relations, account management and sales.
*Ability to source leads and taking all the way to closure is critical
*Organized, detail oriented with exceptional communication skills
*Understanding of technology including SDK, API, HTML5, native apps is a must
*BA/BS degree. Preferably an MBA from an outstanding university
*Work with a sense of urgency (without panic) to deliver consistently
*Approach your work with an open, flexible outlook and a focus on innovation
*Engage with a positive attitude within the larger team to produce the best possible results
