Job Requirements Position: The person in this position is responsible for managing projects in the Ad Systems & Operations area, managing vendor relationships and acting as liaison with other departments on inter-departmental initiatives as related to ad operations.

Responsibilities and Key Areas of Accountability:

- Manage custom creative development projects for emerging platform (Mobile, Tablet) campaigns. Troubleshoot serving issues with ad tags as they arise.
- Initiate and manage ad serving vendor relationships to increase sales revenue.
- Work with Ad Ops team and management on improvement of processes including optimization of workflow with vendors, work with consultants as needed on department improvements.
- Coordinate on projects among various departments including Software Development, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Development. Identify the need for project team meetings when appropriate, and lead them efficiently.
- Work as Ad Operations project lead across departments on new business planning, training, and implementation.
- Proactively seek out, track and remove barriers to completing a project. Track project progress and report status on a regular basis to the organization.
- Work with other department managers to maintain smooth operation of Ad Operations. Work on analysis and improvements for process and systems.
- Oversee maintenance of all training documentation and training processes, act as training resource for Ad Operations and across the organization.


1. 3+ years experience in field and demonstrable project management skills.

2. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel.

3. Leadership skills. Ability to take ownership of complex efforts and mediate between competing interests and personalities. Ability to identify options, suggest solutions, and act decisively when necessary to advance a project.

4. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to conscientiously manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.

5. Knowledge of Web technologies, facility with technical concepts and an ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

6. Familiarity with project management procedures and methodology, especially requirements and schedule management.

7. B.S./B.A. or equivalent is required.
