||T3 is seeking a Technical Media Planner to join our transforming Media Team in San Francisco. The Technical Media Planner will join a team of Digital Planners on the forefront of expanding the team’s capabilities in planning and buying with a specific focus on programmatic media. We are looking for someone that will help us grow our technical expertise and ability to leverage programmatic systems for driving business results across our clients.
•Responsible for all online bidding
•Develops action plan and partner list against delivering set campaign goals and objectives and maintains strong partner relations
•Helps design and implement optimization plans and management guidelines Studies demographic and other audience data to develop consumer profiles for desired target audiences for digital media
•Responsible for working with internal teams and representing work through in-person and phone or video-conference based client presentations
•Shows ability to handle direction changes quickly and efficiently
•Shows initiative and eagerness to learn more
•Shows ability to collaborate and maintain positive inter-departmental relationships
•Has a passion for great ideas and technology
•Demonstrates accountability and strong attention to detail
•Demonstrates ability to proactively manage a project / plan
•Has a curious, inquiring mind
•Proactively anticipates and handles supervisor’s/teams needs
•Strong internal collaborator, able to work on inter-disciplinary teams
•3-4 years of digital media experience
•1-2 years of experience specifically with one of the leading DSP technologies preferred
•Experience with programmatic media buying through ad exchanges, agency trading desks, DSPs and SSPs.
•Paid search experience using programmatic buying interfaces like Google, Bing, Marin Software or Kenshoo will also be considered.
•Digital media buying skills a plus. This includes RFPs, negotiation and buying.
•Bachelor's degree is required
