Job Requirements As an executive member of Mojiva Inc, the VP of Global Marketing is responsible for the long term marketing strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, based in New York. This position will report to and advise CEO on brand positioning, simplifying the business model for the marketplace, consistent message on Global Scale, be a thought leader and change agent in fast past environment. Must be ready to join a team of A Players at a pivotal point in our Company’s growth.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop the annual global marketing strategy and implementation plan for three brands (Mojiva Inc, Mojiva, and Mocean Mobile) which encompasses PR, Digital, Collateral, Events, Brand Development and Research
• Hold a detailed understanding of target audiences for each brand and trends that occur in the mobile industry. Be able to represent the sales team at Industry conferences as needed
• Use understanding of product, client needs, and competition to successfully position the brand in the marketplace
• Present a clear, consistent and strong position in the market in all mediums including blogs, social media, website, presentation decks, and collateral
• Work closely with product team, understand product roadmap, and introduce new products, features, etc to the marketplace in a timely manner
• Work with sales teams in developing and managing success metrics within the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• Allocate budget between brands and regions and prioritize activities based on pre determined marketing strategies and any ad hoc requests
• Manage, guide and support a team of marketers focused on executing the pre determined marketing strategy/plan and ad hoc requests
• Set departmental and individual goals in line with business objectives
• Work with the CEO and executive team to translate business needs into marketing solutions
• Work with sales team leaders for Mojiva and Mocean Mobile to understand sales challenges and translate them into marketing solutions
• Provide updates, pipeline projects and results to CEO for quarterly board meeting
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the brand is represented correctly on assets used by HR, Finance, Account Management, and Sales and BD
• Provide launch plans for any new products or services

Desired Outcomes:
• Establish Mojiva and Mocean as part of all industry conversations surrounding mobile ad-tech and monetization.
• Serve the primary needs of each sales organization with supporting collateral, research and events that meet their highest needs.
• Optimize marketing spend by tracking lead generation by program through CRM to actual order and billing.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
• 10+ years experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in PR, Digital, Collateral, Research, Events, Branding and Marketing Strategy
• Mobile industry experience is a MUST
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, experience leading a productive team, can work autonomously in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, flexible, innovative thinker
• Team motivator, employee educator
• Degree in marketing or communications preferred
