Job Requirements The Digital Media Strategist at Modea is a hybrid role combining both strategic and execution capabilities in support of digital media. You will be assigned to a dedicated team focusing on a select group of clients and responsible for the strategic direction of media services including campaign strategy, media and audience research, assisting in channel and media planning, display and mobile advertising, SEO, social media/community management, email marketing/CRM, campaign performance testing, measurement and reporting.

The DMS will coordinate with the Director of Media & Analytics for review and approval of all strategies and recommendations to ensure they are aligned with departmental, agency and industry standards and best practices. Additionally, the DMS will collaborate with other members of the Media & Analytics Team in support new business initiatives, client projects and intra-company projects.

Serve as department liaison to client teams
Conduct audience research and media planning
Assist in the development of integrated marketing plans (IMP)/channel plans and media plans
Collaborate with client teams to develop digital strategies and campaign strategies
Coordinate campaign strategy and media plans with media operations team members
Collaborate with community management team in the development of social media strategies
Collaborate with client teams to help develop email marketing/CRM strategies
Analyze campaign performance data and other web analytics to help derive insights that drive optimization and demonstrate value to clients
Analyze web analytics data to help inform various digital strategies
Work with analytics team members to help formulate reporting and testing needs
Support new business initiatives as appropriate by provide guidance around digital media, digital marketing and other online disciplines

At least 3 years of expertise in at least two of the following disciplines: Paid Search, SEO, Display/Mobile Advertising, Social Media/Community Management, Web Analytics, Email Marketing/CRM
At least three years of experience in at least one of the following disciplines: eCommerce, Direct Response Campaigns, Lead Generation Campaigns, Content Strategy/Content Marketing
Industry Vertical Preferences: CPG, Healthcare, Financial Services
Experience with various marketing automation platforms including Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Salesforce, and Ion Interactive
Experience with various Email/CRM Platforms such as ExactTarget, SilverPop, Vertical Response, and Salesforce.
Experience with social relationship management platforms such as Vitrue, Buddy Media, Wildfire, Radian6, Spredfast, and Lithium.
Experience with analytics and optimization testing platforms such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, CrazyEgg, ClickTale, Tealeaf, Tealium, Tag Man, Optimizely, Optimost, SiteSpect, Maxymizer, and Monetate.
