Managing Marketing, Social Media & Design

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company
Marketing Department and coordination of company marketing, social media, design, schedule,
calendar, website management, and promotions. As well as designing portfolios, specialized
promotions for print/ digital, wiredrive presentations and overseeing the company visual brand
message.

The individual will work with the Assistant Coordinator/ Art Assistant, and agency talent
representatives to maintain the web archive of company portfolios, projects, and individual artist
projects and events, for access company wide.

The Marketing Coordinator will also have some client and talent interaction and will be
responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet time specifications and quality goals.
Specifically pertaining to direct marketing, from design, approval, list serve and delivery.


Responsibilities:
Coordinates and maintains strategy and communication pertaining to marketing efforts;
including website management
Project manages and designs company branded content and marketing materials, in
conjunction with the Assistant Coordinator/ Art Assistant
Authors and maintains all social media projects
Project manages and authors company PR in conjunction with the Assistant Coordinator/ Art
Assistant
Oversees and Manages the Assistant to Marketing Coordinator/ Art Assistant
Builds and edits motion reels for agency screenings and direct marketing
Reports project status on a regular basis to senior management and talent representatives
Works with talent representatives to plan/coordinate internal and external resources including
PR and Marketing projects
Interfaces with talent representatives to resolve project-related issues
Establishes realistic deadlines, analyzes and prioritizes project activities and tasks
Develops and maintains company calendar and schedule of PR & Marketing efforts and
presents analytics post launch
Ensures that projects remain on schedule and that targets and requirements are met
Balances a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor in high pressure situations


Desired Skills & Experience:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a background in marketing, writing, design
and/ or collective experience in all fields
This role requires experience managing design and marketing projects with deadlines
Must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement across multiple projects and
clients
The ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging
environment
Operational knowledge of marketing strategy, design, print production, and platform
technologies
Proficiency with the following programs is required: Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press,
Wiredrive, MediaWin, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, HTML knowledge a plus
