Job Requirements BrightRoll is looking for a Manager, Publisher Development who will be responsible for sourcing, managing and growing key strategic partnerships with top video-centric web publishers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced relationship manager who can bring their business and partner development skills to BrightRoll to manage complex, revenue-focused partner relationships. In this high-visibility role, the Manager, Publisher Development will be responsible for building and executing on account plans designed to maximize our revenue-generating publisher relationships.

This is a full-time position located in our NYC office.


*Report to and work with the Senior Manager, Network Development to manage a publisher account list, including handling publisher inquiries, resolving concerns, and making outbound requests to publishers to further Brightroll's strategic initiatives
*Continue to educate publisher prospects on the BrightRoll value proposition.
*Participate in prospect and client meetings while working as part of the Network Development team to help close prospects
*Assist in the contracts process (document comparisons, version control, trafficking changes to Legal and prospect, etc.)
*Collaborate closely with the media, sales and tech teams to help drive the business' overall goals


*BA/BS or equivalent required
*High level of experience in business development, partner management, strategic account management, and/or client-facing product management with an Internet or search company
*Revenue focused, negotiation and analytical skills across contractual, technical and financial areas all pluses
*High level of comfort escalating and presenting key deal issues to senior management
*Strong partner communication and presentation skills and ability to act as the face of BrightRoll to the publisher
*Experience with Internet video a huge plus. Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of Internet technologies on consumption of media across the US. EMEA experience a plus
*Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong tea
