As the lead copy writer, you will be responsible for developing clear and effective written communications. Be it sales tools and collateral or emails and Tweets, you are committed to writing the best possible copy to achieve the desired mission. You will be responsible for owning the writing process from concept development to project execution—and you must be a continuous well of high quality work. You work well independently but also thrive as part of a team.

To make the cut, you will bring some agency experience and/or a background in writing or communications. In addition, you must live and thrive in the land of digital communications and be committed to championing awesome email copy, savvy social networking, and smart search engine optimization across the marketing department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

*You are outstanding at working with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications teammates to create concepts that resonate with our internal stakeholders and external clients.
* You develop effective copy for all marketing needs, such as: traditional ad campaigns, case studies, email campaigns, banner advertising, social media, and presentations.
* You demonstrate strong capabilities in long-form and short-form content creation, social networking, search engine tools, keyword tracking, and digital media trends.
* You have a keen eye for how strategy and execution interplay and are able to read the needs of internal clients.
* You bring critical thinking and listening skills to every interaction.
* You relish client problem solving as part of integrated team.
* You thrive on finding and recommending cool print, online and multimedia capabilities to explore.


* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are requires
* 3-5 years professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency environment.
* Degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong portfolio with focus on linkage to results.
* Demonstrated creative ability and problem solving.
* Impeccable writing, verbal and presentation skills.
* Must have excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work within strict deadlines and excellent presentation skills.
