Job Requirements Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in consumer-facing web product management
• A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and also make things happen on your own
• Excited about product ownership and the accountability that comes with it
• A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
• Detail and results oriented, able to write detailed specs and analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings
• Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the interactive space
• A team player and fun to work with
• Experience in online pregnancy and parenting space a plus but not required

Everyday Health reaches over 35M visitors per month and its Lifestyle division helps women lead better lives everyday through brands such as WhatToExpect.com, LaurenConrad.com, MichellePhan,com and DailyGlow.com among others.

You have great consumer sensibility and instincts for creating fun, engaging and highly social experiences. You’re a bit of a numbers junkie, analytical and strategic in the way you solve problems and able to jump between the day-to-day tactics and long term vision building. You also have good business sense and understand market dynamics to zero in on what really helps to move the needle.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Understand and analyze user needs through user studies, market research, and data analysis
• Help define product vision and strategy, and build consensus among multiple teams like engineering, design, marketing, and business development
• Own and drive individual products, features and initiatives (small and large) through full lifecycle -- from ideation to launch, then nurturing it through continued iteration and growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (editorial, technology, design, sales, marketing and project management) to create product roadmap, business and functional requirements, high level wireframes and prototypes
• Lead day-to-day product development efforts with technology and project management team using Agile methodologies
