The New York team is super fly and is looking for an equally fly individual to whip the office into shape!

THE SPECIFICS:
We're looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager who has their shit together (and can be on top of the team so they get their shit together!). In addition to having the right skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic & high-energy environment with a keen interest in media, market research and advertising. If you're a pushover, this job isn't for you. We need a fierce cat!

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will first and foremost support the very busy Vice President of The Sound Research New York office. Ideally, you will have experience working with teams based in multiple locations and coordinating/optimizing scheduling and calendars. You must also be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and should be able to work independently. Finally, you must be very well organized and proactive, remaining flexible, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of confidence and professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Organize and maintain complex scheduling across different time zones and markets
-Manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, transfers and agendas for VP
-Manage expense reports for VP
-Organize office operations and procedures
-Manage procurement of all office supplies (stationary, equipment, furniture, etc)
-Develop positive working relationships and communicate effectively with team members
-Handle any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
-Ensure office is tidy, well organized. Restock the liquor cabinet as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proactive self-starter with high levels of personal initiative and a positive attitude
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience scheduling travel arrangements
-Strong knowledge of Mac computers including Word, Excel, Keynote and Pages
-Outstanding relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
