Job Requirements •5-8 years of related work experience within digital media, with at least 3 years in an ad operations role
•Experience working with web, mobile, video, social and custom advertising programs necessary
•Solid reporting and analytical skills, with ability to effectively present campaign data to internal and external constituents: knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture, DART, DFP, Atlas and other ad servers and third-party tagging systems is required
•Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills
•Exceptional client management skills, with strong customer focus
•Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
•Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash
About Our Company The Ad Ops Manager will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and creative troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
•Work with sales, editorial, account managers and vendors to implement and oversee ad campaigns on site, mobile, app and email products
•Manage team of sales planners responsible for inventory management and creation of media plans
•Monitor campaigns throughout their lifecycle, communicating with account managers creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed
•Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance
•Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, tech and on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions
•Oversight of high impact calendar and inventory reservation and management
•Constantly research and recommend new tools and advertising products in the marketplace.
