Job Requirements Working Media Group is looking for a SEO/SEM Analyst to help manage its internal web marketing activities and, on an as needed basis, to execute successful search marketing campaigns designed to meet specific client goals and objectives. The position will start as a part-time position (up to 20 hours (flexible) per week) but may grow to full-time based on performance and need. The Analyst will be responsible for making strategic decisions that are tied to all research, development, and implementation related tasks and deliverables.
- Managing PPC campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing, creative and landing page testing, budget management, tracking, reporting and analyzing
- Managing SEO campaigns, including selecting target keywords and landing pages, generating on-page and off-page recommendations, implementing approved SEO changes in CMS, growing authority through link building and social media, providing reporting
- Perform campaign analysis and generate ideas for optimization and testing
- Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in the search industry; recommending and implementing strategies
Think strategically and contribute ideas which move our and our client' search campaigns forward including the areas of mobile search, social media, dashboards, and globalization
Required Experience
- College degree
- 2-3 years working experience in search marketing
- Experience working with clients a plus
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Understanding of how search engines work
- Understanding website functionality and analytics tools
- Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google & Bing
- Experience with keyword research
- Experience with SEO tactics and best practices
- Experience analyzing and applying response data to enhance campaign results
- Fluency in MS Office Tools for reporting and client presentations (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- General HTML knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
