Job Requirements SC Magazine is seeking a motivated Lead Generation, Campaign Manager reporting to the VP of Sales and working alongside a team of five sales managers. The role will manage lead generation campaigns and on-time delivery through the management of the actual programs and logistics coordination process which will be based in our New York office.

This position will also have the chance to work alongside other departments of the company including editorial, circulation, events, production, data warehouse and other vendors ensuring total goals are met, delivered on time, and in an efficient matter.

The Lead Generation, Campaign Manager should have:

2+ years experience of working in a media/campaign management role

Strong working knowledge of marketing automation

Working knowledge of SalesForce, Eloqua, Marketo

Experience in lead filtering, scoring, and nurturing

Ability to help grow the demand generation business and work with the sales team and its clients to develop new integrated lead generation programs

Attention to detail, strong organization skills, project management experience, and ability to work on one's own initiative

Expert in Excel and data sorting, with a knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and a knack for creating reports that analyze the business and campaign for clients

Capability to manage campaigns and create detailed timelines that may include: newsletter flighting, banner promotions, whitepaper hosting, nurturing, and custom programs to deliver goals

Strong appreciation of clients business needs and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to meet their challenges

Outstanding personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels

Good interpersonal skills

Ability and desire to work as part of a close knit team

The desire to work within an environment that balances the successful achievement of commercial goals with a fun professional atmosphere
