Job Requirements We are currently hiring a junior level sales associate. The entry level sales associate is responsible for acquiring new qualified leads through various methods of direct outreach: telephone sales, face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, and strategic marketing efforts. The sales associate is also responsible for creating and managing a client portfolio through prospect and client meetings and regular follow up. Junior Sales Associates reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager.

1 to 2 years experience in the marketing field is preferred.

Responsibilities include general office/ administrative duties, coordinating projects and research, marketing and sales. Light travel is required.

Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency a plus. Must be extremely detail Oriented and well organized and able to handle multiple priorities.

In support of the Sales team, you will help manage advertising programs. You will generate reports, trouble-shoot advertising issues and carry out other administrative duties. You will be the focal point for all communication liaison between all departments for any programs you are helping to manage.

Responsibilities Include:
•Developing an effective understanding of the industry and our products and services
•Researching, prospecting and analyzing companies in order to identify new business opportunities
•Acquiring new business through telephone sales. Up to 250 out-bound calls per week.
•Establishing and maintaining client relationships
•Consulting with the Senior Sales Manager to follow up with customers and identify new qualified leads
•Becoming familiar with pricing models. Incorporate rate card for both print/digital.
•Communicating with project managers to examine job details, project goals, to meet and exceed client expectations
•Attending and participating in weekly department meetings
•Identifying and resolving client concerns
