Job Requirements Qualifications/Requirements:
BA or BS required.
Must have prior print and digital advertising sales experience at a national publication.
High level relationships at both the client and agency level a must to hit the ground running.
A proven track record in seeking and developing new business, as well as strategically developing ideas to gain significant revenue opportunities through partnerships and high dollar value sponsorship arrangements.
Prior event marketing experience and experience in start up, entrepreneurial environment helpful.

Skills/Characteristics:

Excellent presentation skills and a mastery of media sales and processes.
Strong sales profile with a bias towards action - able to move quickly and decisively.
Aggressive, results-driven orientation.
Self starter with ability to roll up the sleeves -- an entrepreneurial spirit.

Strong supervisory, communication and time management skills.
