Job Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Training and/or certification in project management would be plus
5+ years direct management experience in an online digital publisher, media agency or technology organization with strong emphasis in business management, project management and resource management
Ability and desire to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with very high transaction volumes
Extensive working knowledge of the web and the technologies that enable digital advertising, agencies and publishers
Highly self-directed with the ability to motivate others to high levels of performance
Strong knowledge of Ad Operations best practices and processes highly desired but the acumen to quickly learn them may be considered in lieu
Demonstrated skill using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or similar tools to summarize data or create presentations
Outstanding influence, interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with deadlines
Strong knowledge of DART for Publishers.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including various forms of online creative formats and related code.

Analyze and manage all digital ad operations including; insertion orders, pricing yield management, ad campaign implementation, optimization, tracking issue resolution, and campaign reporting automation to optimize advertising campaigns that produce results. Possess excellent client management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all online ad sales goals are achieved or exceeded.
Manage all digital ad operations including; insertion orders, pricing yield management, ad campaign implementation, optimization, tracking issue resolution, and campaign reporting automation
Oversee deployment of digital technology solutions, such as ad servers and data management tools to deliver against client and organizational needs
Work directly with establishing and adhering to digital operations process
Use DoubleClick's DFP to test, traffic and optimize online ad campaigns.
Use internal workflow systems to communicate with the Sales team and facilitate ad campaign launches.
Interact and coordinate with internal departments to obtain and test ad creative and ensure successful campaign delivery.
Monitor ad delivery, recommend campaign optimization options as needed and provide ongoing quality assurance support.
QA creative submissions and troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaign/orders are in progress.
Discrepancy investigation.
Assist the sales team with all aspects of account stewardship and renewal.
