Job Requirements Los Angeles' leading luxury lifestyle publication, Angeleno, is hiring a senior-level editor. The multi-faceted position will focus on Angeleno magazine, Brides California, the weekly digital newsletter and will also contribute to Interiors California. 

The best candidate will have 5+ years experience covering L.A. and various lifestyle categories including the arts, dining, style, retail, design, realty, nightlife, social events and the city's top power players. Bridal experience is a plus. Candidates should have experience editing content for print and online media outlets using AP style. The position will be responsible for, and candidates should have experience with, pitching story ideas, reporting, writing, gathering images, editing the work of freelancers, working in InDesign, managing editorial pages from start to finish, and attending events (both during the day and in the evening) with the expectation of coverage. The ideal candidate is a flexible, self-motivated team player and leader who has superb time management skills and is a top-notch writer and editor with an entertaining and witty voice. He/she thrives on being the first to know before something new opens and has a Rolodex filled with the city's tastemakers. An eye for style and trends as well as a "can-do" attitude and a love for details are also important characteristics. Candidates should be located in L.A. or be willing to relocate at their expense. Having lived in L.A. for some extent of time and having in depth city knowledge is a must. This position is based in our Century City offices. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
