Job Requirements Is this you?

You have experience with successfully leading a team selling Business to Business (B2B) products or services, and have the practical knowledge of what sales strategies work and should be followed in that type of market.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of intimate knowledge in advertising and marketing sales processes-including use of cold calling, social media, networking, responding to RFPs, writing proposals, creating presentations and more.
You have a strong knowledge of strategic sales and are capable of creating an environment of accountability and goal setting.
You are able to evaluate our current sales structure, strategy and target markets and adjust them accordingly for growth while being able to maintain current sales.
You'll work closely with your sales team and act as a liaison between sales and the rest of the organization providing any necessary support, guidance and training to your team.
You are able to analyze and qualify business opportunities, making sure they are in alignment with the organization's goals.
You have excellent presentation, oral and written communications skills.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to help us grow to the next level. This is a new position so having experience building a sales team is a prerequisite. This position reports to the company president and is stationed in our Whitehouse, NJ, headquarters.
