Job Requirements Basic Qualifications
-4 – 8 years of total marketing experience
-3 – 5 years of experience with online display advertising (including experience designing or overseeing the designing of banners and landing pages)
-2 – 4 years of experience within a direct response marketing position
-Results-oriented, with exceptional execution skills
-Ability to analyze extensive data set and react quickly and accurately
-Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to influence others internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications
-Track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
-Experience with major display network providers
-A passion for design and a good understanding of why an ad makes people respond

The Display Advertising Manager will be responsible for expanding our online display advertising by cost effectively managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget.
We’re looking for someone with strong marketing fundamentals, experience with display advertising campaigns and deep analytical skills. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with and completely understands three things:
-Display advertising
-Direct response marketing
-A/B testing
Specific Responsibilities:
-Cost effectively expand our network of advertising platforms
-Analyze daily performance data and implement campaign optimization strategies to improve reach, drive revenue growth and increase ROI
-Oversee a continuous stream of creative tests with the goal of improving all aspects of the marketing funnel
