||The E-Marketing Manager is responsible for directing NJPAC's website and its online extensions to insure a coherent presence across various channels. Also, this position includes the development and execution of e-marketing campaigns as part of an overall strategic e-marketing media plan supporting NJPAC. He/she will create and manage the effort of expanding NJPAC's digital marketing efforts through research and proposals to increase awareness and sales.
The E-Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the website, email marketing and staying on top of industry trends and best practices. This individual implements marketing and content strategy for NJPAC's website, SEO and email marketing - encompassing broadcasting, online philanthropy, education and executes the strategy with staff in Marketing and Communications, and Programming under the supervision of the Senior Director of Performance Marketing.
Additionally, The E-Marketing Manager will maintain and monitor the database for web sales, website referrals and manage the web host vendor relationship, coordinate with new media staff for all streaming activities and be responsible for the transmission and tracking of all email communications, including compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to coordinate online activities, operations, needs, and explain Internet opportunities and limitations.
Develop, disseminate and grow list of viral eblast partners targeting specific events.
Establish and ensure adherence to timelines and budget for project plans.
Create interactive forms, upload photography, making structural changes (i.e, submenu categories, new pages)
Facilitate links to google maps and similar applications.
Work with a cross functional team to refresh content on the web to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images.
Troubleshoot problems associated with Internet Web applications and/or Internet Web pages.
Research and evaluate new technologies.
Manage and enhance SEO.
Website - Meta Tags, key words and retargeting.
Test, debug and document Internet Web-based applications.
Maintain security standards and CAN-SPAM compliance.
Provide training to personnel in the maintenance of Internet Web pages.
Set e-marketing analytic benchmarks and goals and make recommendations based on the evaluation of analytics.
Authorize links to Internet Web site and gets approval to establish links.
Qualifications and Special Requirements:
At least 5-7 years experience in the web, online, e-commerce and/or online marketing space.
Strong knowledge of web design, production and architecture.
Basic HTML, XML, Java, Joomla, CSS and Flash programming knowledge.
Exceptional communication skills, including being able to concisely and clearly translate business requirements into a technical scope of work.
Strategic thinker, including proven ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in support of a vision.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills and the critical ability to prioritize to meet conflicting objectives.
Strong customer service orientation combined with the highest quality assurance standards.
Awareness and interest of electronic marketing innovations.
Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational needs and anticipate/forecast demand and set expectations.
Detail and process driven to achieve goals.
