Job Requirements The Sales Marketing team at Pandora is seeking a rising star Manager of Ad Product Packaging to help shape the future of our ad solutions portfolio with an emphasis on Display, Video and Branded Content.

In this role, this person will report to the Director of Ad Product Packaging and will be asked to function as an in-house subject matter expert for Sales while also helping leadership to manage the product life cycle to ensure Pandora delivers the most competitive, in-demand solutions for advertisers.

  • Serve as an ad product specialist for Sales and internal business teams on industry landscape and technical topics related to assigned product areas.

  • Solid understanding and passion to learn about internal and external influencers that drive ad product changes – internal KPIs and performance benchmarks, plus external marketplace changes, vendor innovation, and competitive set.

  • Serve as a project manager for the Display, Video and Branded Content supply chain by working with multiple cross-functional teams to support the five stages of a product life cycle: Scoping and Development, Go-to-Market, Growth, Maturity and Decline/Sunset.

  • Deliver solutions that maximize revenue opportunities and exceed advertiser goals

  • Help create ad product educational materials to be applied through B2B Marketing and Training efforts

  • Influence the Ad Product Roadmap

  • Share management of the Pandora ad product road map by drawing inputs from the extended sales support team(s), sellers and advertisers.

  • Develop qualitative and quantitative business cases with Pandora's monetization strategy

  • Prioritize competing alternatives and requests by balancing client needs with business priorities and articulating the rationale behind decisions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong working knowledge about ongoing advertiser needs, online/mobile advertising, ad serving, ad technologies and industry recognized ad metrics

  • Demonstrated experience of generating product concepts that add significant improvement to current capabilities and/or introduce new solutions.

  • Experience writing key project management and Go-To-Market materials; Project Briefs, a
  • Needs Assessment analysis, and a Market Requirement Document (MRD)

  • Effective oral and written communication skills. The innate ability to articulate complex solutions in layman’s terms.

  • Familiarity with ad conversion tracking tools and marketing tactics

  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and analytical skills

Requirements & Education:
  • Ideal candidate has 5-7 years experience working in product marketing in an online advertising company with a Mobile business unit

  • BA degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make recommendations

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales Marketing team, Sales, Product Management, Research, Design, Ad Tech, etc.

  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
