Skills and Qualifications:

*Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management.
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
*Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
*Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
*Highly self-motivated, honest, ethical, and driven sales people are welcome to apply


Responsibilities:

*Meets or exceeds sales quota
*Identifies market potential and goes after them
*Full Cycle Sales--cold call, setting appointments, negotiating, closing
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Researches prospects and learns what their needs are and how JBA can help
*Ongoing coordination with the client with respect to consultants/employees at the account. *Including dealing with replacement, rate changes, new roles, etc.
*Development as needed of new marketing collateral and service offering presentations geared to support account penetration and develop sales opportunities
*Continuously learning about our services and personal development
*Use new techniques to find clients and candidates
