We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our national Investor Services platform which includes Agency Leasing, Capital Markets and Property Management. The Senior Marketing Manager partners closely with senior leadership and our local markets to drive strategy and daily project oversight of the Investor Services marketing department. The role will oversee a team of marketers that will work together to successfully position the Investor Services platform through industry conferences, a robust toolkit of proposal baseline content, sales deliverables, case studies, digital campaigns and a comprehensive statistics database.
The individual in this position will report to co-leading Vice Presidents of Marketing and will oversee marketing initiatives for the group. The role will have geographic responsibility for the Americas and work closely and collaboratively with colleagues nationally and globally to create and leverage marketing efforts. The position will also demand close collaboration with key business leaders and corporate marketing partners.
Partner closely with marketing leaders and business line leaders to drive overall operations of the Investor Services marketing department.
Create and put to practice consistent method of measuring effectiveness of marketing initiatives (i.e. focus groups, surveys, etc.), engaging with key stakeholders to meet changing business needs.
Deploy strategic internal communications to share tools and information with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute printed and digital marketing collateral.
Manage marketing strategy including programing surrounding events
Active liaison with corporate marketing and PR department.
Provide industry-related news, as needed, partnering with research department.
Perform general marketing and design tasks.
Will assume lead position working with local coordinators on adhering to brand standards.
Manage printer and vendor relationships.
Serve as subject matter expert for Investor Services, being poised to provide and develop information/content for stakeholders and marketers across the organization.
Contribute to and manage the production of proposal and presentation baseline, case studies, collateral, web copy and internal communications.
Write and edit content for various communication vehicles including presentations, collateral, internal communications, case studies, public website and e-mail promotions.
Manage marketing and budget against plans
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing and/or communications (preferably business-to-business).
Expert writing abilities—skilled at writing clean, sales-driven marketing copy in a variety of voices while equally expert at developmental editing and copyediting.
Expert project management skills, with ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meeting deadlines.
Superior organization skills—proven ability to organize content according to user needs and management feasibility.
Able to critically assess content quality and use with the drive for top-quality and uncompromising accuracy.
Able to shift easily between strategic initiatives and tactical day-to-day responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage and interact effectively with management and employees at all levels.
Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently while inspiring and guiding colleagues.
Strong analytical skills, solid judgment and decisiveness.
Ability to work in a team environment and produce quality work independently.

Strong computer skills—advanced knowledge Microsoft Office with working knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite.
Commercial real estate background preferred
